	Nothing but good
	I've been with these guys for a long time and they've been nothing but good... they increased my disk space when their package was increased for new customers and they let me enter their car giveaway contest!!! It looks like they have grown a lot but never lost track of the guys that signed with them first., pretty impressive.... oh asnd their server is super fast. their control panel is awesome, and they are FAST TO PICKUP THE PHONE all day and all night even at 3am on saturday insteadm of drinking their butts off they answer the phone...I recommend them!!! 	very happy with midphase
	I've been very happy with midphase. I've been hosting two sites on my shared hosting account for just under two years and have been very pleased with the service. Customer service has always been very prompt in doing things i asked, usually no more than an hour for a response... even in the wee hours of the morning. Best part is they keep making their packages even more massive than they already are, you gotta love upgrades. I think they offer the most out of every company for a very reasonable price. - Clay Welch

	I was really impressed. Quick service, answered the phone all night.

	some issues
	Great host, if only they'd put more time into their equipment. Then they refer you to their email tech support which can take up to an hour to get any kind of response.

	Using VPS
	My VPS was setup instantly and it included everything I requested. The server is fast and support is quick to answer all my new questions. Only downfall was it's hard trying to figure out how to use the VPS, you need a lot of tech skills - Brad M.
